1. To drive one of our karts (single-speed 4-Stroke 270cc), you must be at least 12 years old, have a minimum height of 1.60 m, and be physically fit for non-competitive sports activities.
Minors under 12 may ride in a two-seater kart driven by a parent/guardian. In all cases, minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an authorized representative with appropriate documentation.
Access to the track is subject to signing a liability waiver, acceptance of these regulations, payment of the session fee, and membership registration. For minors, the liability waiver must be signed by their parent/guardian.
2. It is strictly prohibited to drive karts after consuming alcohol, drugs, or medications that may impair physical or mental abilities.
3. Drivers must wear appropriate protective gear and clothing. Specifically:

a) Bring your own approved full-face helmet with visor (unaltered; no cameras or accessories). If unavailable, we will provide a certified helmet with a disposable hygienic cap.

b) Driving with open shoes, loose shoes, flip-flops, clogs, heels, or loose hair outside the helmet is prohibited.

c) Ensure your clothing does not include items that may get caught in kart mechanisms (e.g., scarves).

4. Upon arrival, report to the reception to pay for the session, register for membership (if not already a member), collect a helmet/cap if necessary, and receive your kart number.
5. Only those who have paid for their session and complied with all regulations may access the track.

7. After listening to staff instructions regarding kart usage and track navigation, drivers must complete a few slow laps to warm the tires before gradually increasing speed.
8. Any communication with staff during the session must occur in the designated return area by raising your hand before entering and gradually slowing down.
9. If a kart stops during a session, the driver must remain in the kart with the helmet on. If possible, guide the kart to the grass area beside the track and signal staff by waving. Staff will assist as soon as possible.
10. Access to the track is strictly prohibited for spectators or unauthorized individuals during active sessions.
11. Drivers must slow down near a stopped kart on the track, passing as far away as possible.
12. The end of each session will be signaled with a checkered flag. Drivers should complete one more lap at a reduced speed before exiting the track.
13. Zigzag driving, intentional collisions, aggressive behavior, or dangerous driving is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without refund.
14. Any damage caused by misconduct will result in immediate compensation requests and removal from the premises without refund.

Track Rental Regulations with Own Vehicles

CONDITIONS FOR TRACK ACCESS
Drivers:
To access the track, drivers must be adults and possess a valid driver's license or the relevant licenses (amateur or sports) issued by the competent Federations. In the case of minors, they must have a special license issued by the relevant Federation, as well as be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and/or a person with a specific delegation (accompanied by the relevant identity documents) from the parent(s) or guardian(s).
In any case, access to the track is subject to the driver signing a liability declaration, which also includes specific acceptance of these Regulations and payment of the track rental fee (as described below). In the case of minor drivers, the liability declaration must be signed by the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the minor.
Vehicles:
• Kart/Supermoto/Scooter/Minigp/Ohvale/Pitbike/Racing Motorcycles/Road Motorcycles/Naked bikes, as well as Track/Rally cars. All the above-mentioned vehicles must be properly homologated, inspected, and in perfect working condition.
• Access to the track with road cars is permitted only for private events expressly authorized by Vit Motorsport Srl.
MANDATORY ACCESSORIES:

KART: Front and rear plastic bumpers (according to current regulations), brake pedal safety cable, and liquid recovery system.

ALL TWO-WHEEL VEHICLES: Liquid recovery system, plastic or Teflon underfoot panels. For road motorcycles and naked bikes, it is necessary to remove protruding parts (mirrors, indicators) and apply adhesive tape to the headlights.

TRACK/RALLY CARS: Roll bar, fire extinguisher, and specific safety belts.
• Vehicles without homologation, required inspections, or in non-optimal working condition are not allowed on the track. Furthermore, vehicles modified in ways that make them non-compliant with the relevant federation regulations (FMI-ACI SPORT-ASI) are prohibited.
Clothing:

Drivers of two-wheel vehicles must wear an approved full-face helmet (which must not be modified in any way, such as by adding cameras or other accessories), a leather suit with all necessary protections, a back protector, gloves, and boots.

Track Entry: Only vehicles displaying the entry tag, confirming payment of the rental fee and completion of the liability waiver, are allowed on the track. Private events may have different entry arrangements agreed upon with Vit Motorsport Srl, but the liability waiver must always be completed.

Only staff will announce when and which category may enter each session and who should prepare for the next session.

Sessions, depending on different categories or vehicles, will last a minimum of 12 to 15 minutes. Late entries will be permitted only for the remaining time of the session.

If your vehicle breaks down during a session, keep your helmet on at all times and move yourself and your vehicle to a safe area off the track, carefully avoiding incoming vehicles. If unable to move, signal the staff immediately by waving your arms.

Maintenance work on vehicles is strictly prohibited on the track. It is also forbidden to abandon your vehicle in hazardous areas (run-off zones, racing lines) in case of a mechanical failure or accident. Signal staff immediately if unable to remove the vehicle yourself. In the event of a car breakdown or accident, the session will be immediately stopped to remove the vehicle from the track.

Entry onto the track is strictly forbidden to unauthorized persons, companions, or mechanics while a session is ongoing. Only authorized personnel may enter the track.

Track Rental Regulations with Own Vehicles

CONDITIONS FOR TRACK ACCESS
Drivers:
To access the track, drivers must be adults and possess a valid driver's license or the relevant licenses (amateur or sports) issued by the competent Federations. In the case of minors, they must have a special license issued by the relevant Federation, as well as be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and/or a person with a specific delegation (accompanied by the relevant identity documents) from the parent(s) or guardian(s).
In any case, access to the track is subject to the driver signing a liability declaration, which also includes specific acceptance of these Regulations and payment of the track rental fee (as described below). In the case of minor drivers, the liability declaration must be signed by the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the minor.
Vehicles:
• Kart/Supermoto/Scooter/Minigp/Ohvale/Pitbike/Racing Motorcycles/Road Motorcycles/Naked bikes, as well as Track/Rally cars. All the above-mentioned vehicles must be properly homologated, inspected, and in perfect working condition.
• Access to the track with road cars is permitted only for private events expressly authorized by Vit Motorsport Srl.
MANDATORY ACCESSORIES:

KART: Front and rear plastic bumpers (according to current regulations), brake pedal safety cable, and liquid recovery system.

ALL TWO-WHEEL VEHICLES: Liquid recovery system, plastic or Teflon underfoot panels. For road motorcycles and naked bikes, it is necessary to remove protruding parts (mirrors, indicators) and apply adhesive tape to the headlights.

TRACK/RALLY CARS: Roll bar, fire extinguisher, and specific safety belts.
• Vehicles without homologation, required inspections, or in non-optimal working condition are not allowed on the track. Furthermore, vehicles modified in ways that make them non-compliant with the relevant federation regulations (FMI-ACI SPORT-ASI) are prohibited.
Clothing:

Drivers of two-wheel vehicles must wear an approved full-face helmet (which must not be modified in any way, such as by adding cameras or other accessories), a leather suit with all necessary protections, a back protector, gloves, and boots.

Drivers of four-wheel vehicles must wear an approved helmet (which must not be modified with added accessories such as cameras) and fireproof clothing.
Behavioral Rules:

Upon Arrival: Go to the ticket office, present your license, and fill out the liability waiver form. Pay the track rental fee (full day, morning, afternoon, or night session, depending on management's decision), and collect the entry tag to be visibly placed on the front of your vehicle.

Track Entry: Only vehicles displaying the entry tag, confirming payment of the rental fee and completion of the liability waiver, are allowed on the track. Private events may have different entry arrangements agreed upon with Vit Motorsport Srl, but the liability waiver must always be completed.

Only staff will announce when and which category may enter each session and who should prepare for the next session.

Sessions, depending on different categories or vehicles, will last a minimum of 12 to 15 minutes. Late entries will be permitted only for the remaining time of the session.

If your vehicle breaks down during a session, keep your helmet on at all times and move yourself and your vehicle to a safe area off the track, carefully avoiding incoming vehicles. If unable to move, signal the staff immediately by waving your arms.

Maintenance work on vehicles is strictly prohibited on the track. It is also forbidden to abandon your vehicle in hazardous areas (run-off zones, racing lines) in case of a mechanical failure or accident. Signal staff immediately if unable to remove the vehicle yourself. In the event of a car breakdown or accident, the session will be immediately stopped to remove the vehicle from the track.

Entry onto the track is strictly forbidden to unauthorized persons, companions, or mechanics while a session is ongoing. Only authorized personnel may enter the track.

The end of each session will be indicated by a checkered flag. Drivers must reduce speed and perform a cooldown lap before exiting the track.

Flag Meanings:

Yellow Flag: General danger on the track. Slow down immediately, pay maximum attention, and avoid overtaking in the indicated area.

Red Flag: Immediate session stoppage. Slow down to walking pace and exit the track using the designated exit lanes.
NOTE: This signal must be strictly followed for safety reasons.

Blue Flag: Immediately allow the following driver to overtake by moving out of the racing line and gradually reducing speed.

Yellow Flag with Orange Stripes: Slippery track conditions. Exercise maximum caution in the indicated area and reduce vehicle speed.

Practice sessions are not races. Avoid excessive competitiveness that may cause accidents or disputes. Management reserves the right to exclude participants from sessions (without refund) if they exhibit improper behavior, including zigzagging and failing to adhere to these regulations.

It is strictly forbidden to allow another person to use your vehicle unless they have completed the liability waiver and purchased a ticket for an additional driver.
Final Notes:
Information regarding fees, schedules, and any additional rules will be communicated directly to drivers.
